About Our Chapter South Bay Folk Artists was founded in 1983. We received our
affiliation with the Society of Decorative Painters, in 1985 at the Chicago
convention.
Thanks to all the people past and present that have been dedicated to the chapter
and have steered it into a flourishing chapter.
